Community Guidelines

These rules apply to profiles, posts, comments, public chat, creator spaces and direct messages. FinnBets is an 18+ social community.

No wagering or guaranteed returns

Do not accept, arrange, solicit, pool or settle real-money wagers on FinnBets, including in DMs. Do not collect stakes, offer escrow, run betting pools or ask members to send money for a wager. Creator subscriptions buy described content or community access, never a wager, payout or promised result. No guaranteed locks, risk-free bets, guaranteed profits, fabricated receipts, manipulated records or promises to recover losses.

Respect people and their privacy

No harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, impersonation, scams, spam, malware or illegal activity. Do not post another person’s address, contact details, financial information or private conversations without permission. Do not request passwords, seed phrases or private keys. Do not evade blocks or moderation restrictions.

Screenshots, picks and reasoning

Share only material you own or have permission or another lawful basis to use. Crop or redact names, account numbers, ticket barcodes, balances, payment details and other private information. Never expose login credentials. Clearly label paper trades, hypothetical picks, edits and self-reported results. Do not alter screenshots to misrepresent performance, imply independent verification or omit losses to create a deceptive record. Screenshots do not establish verified wins, ownership of a wager or payment of winnings.

Creators, promotions and disclosures

Explain your reasoning and uncertainty. Disclose material sponsorship, affiliate and other commercial relationships clearly beside the relevant recommendation or link. For example, when true: “Ad — I earn a commission if you sign up through this link.” A profile disclosure or policy link alone is not enough. Do not impersonate an adviser or claim FinnBets endorses you. Follow applicable law and the rights of data and content providers.

Reports, enforcement and appeals

Use Report in a post or comment menu, and Block or Mute where available. For DMs, other content, a failed report, or an appeal, email justinpeterson@finnbets.company with the account name, link or relevant date, reason, and only the minimum supporting information needed. Do not send credentials. Reports are reviewed as resources allow; there is no guaranteed response time and FinnBets is not an emergency service. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend/terminate accounts based on severity and repeat violations. Explain any appeal and we will review it; no outcome is guaranteed.
