1. About FinnBets and acceptance

FinnBets Social ("FinnBets," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by FinnBets LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. By accessing or using FinnBets, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to visitors, members, subscribers and creators.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use member-only features, and you must comply with laws that apply to you. The age confirmation at registration is self-attestation, not government-ID verification. Provide accurate account information, safeguard your login credentials, and notify us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity using your account, subject to applicable law.

3. What the service does—and does not do

FinnBets hosts social profiles, member posts, sports predictions and picks, investing-related opinions, comments, reactions, following, polls, community chat, direct messages, and—where enabled—creator pages and paid subscriber-only discussions. Parts of the community are viewable by visitors without logging in; posting and interacting generally require an account. Specific features, eligibility and access may change or be unavailable.

FinnBets is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, broker, investment adviser, exchange, custodian or payment wagering service. We do not take bets, arrange or settle wagers, hold user funds for betting or trading, execute trades, or promise outcomes or profits. Payments for creator content and voluntary support are separate from wagering and are processed by third-party payment providers. Picks, screenshots, claimed records, creator analyses and other member statements are user opinions; they are not independently verified unless we expressly say a specific item has been verified. Nothing on the platform is personalized betting, financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for independent decisions and legal compliance.

4. Conduct and moderation

Do not use the service for illegal wagering or financial activity, fraud, scams, manipulated or fabricated performance claims, impersonation, harassment, threats, hateful or abusive content, doxxing, spam, malware, privacy violations, copyright infringement, unlawful financial promotions, or guarantees of betting or investing returns. Do not share another person's private information without permission. Do not arrange, solicit, pool, collect or settle real-money wagers through posts, comments, chat or direct messages, even where gambling is otherwise lawful. Do not sell “guaranteed locks,” guaranteed profits or fabricated winning records. Comply with our Community Guidelines. We may review reports, restrict content, limit access, suspend accounts or remove material to protect users or comply with law. We do not promise to review every submission or monitor all communications.

5. User content and visibility

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant FinnBets a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content to operate, secure and improve the service consistent with your chosen visibility settings. This license permits us to display public posts to visitors and members, and restricted content only as described by its access settings and our Privacy Policy. It does not transfer your ownership or authorize advertising with your private messages. The license ends when content is removed from our active systems, except for reasonable backup retention, legal preservation and copies others have lawfully shared. You confirm you have the rights required to post your content. Public posts, display names, profiles, comments and some public chat activity may be visible to anyone, including visitors and people who capture or reshare them. Member-only posts and direct messages are access-restricted but are not guaranteed to remain confidential; direct messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, private keys or sensitive financial information in chats or posts.

6. Creators and subscription access

Creators are independent members, not FinnBets employees or financial advisers. Creator applications, pricing and subscriptions are subject to review and feature availability. If creator subscriptions are offered, paid access may include creator-only chat, forums or other benefits described on the applicable creator page. Access is granted only after confirmed payment and while the subscription is eligible and active; we may suspend access for failed payments, refunds, disputes, violations or creator unavailability.

Where FinnBets' Stripe creator subscription program is enabled, the currently configured allocation of the gross subscription amount is 80% to the creator and 20% retained by FinnBets, before payment processing costs, taxes, refunds, reversals, chargebacks or other applicable fees. Actual net proceeds can differ. Creators may be required to complete Stripe identity, tax and payout verification and accept Stripe's applicable terms. No creator payout amount or schedule is guaranteed. The existence of a creator page does not mean Stripe payment, checkout or payouts are currently enabled for that creator.

7. Recurring payments, cancellation and refunds

Where paid subscriptions are offered, the subscription price, billing interval and any required checkout disclosures appear before you authorize payment. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges through the payment processor until cancellation. Subscriptions generally renew at the stated interval unless canceled. You can manage or cancel eligible Stripe subscriptions through the billing-management link provided in the service or contact us for assistance. Cancellation generally stops future renewals; any remaining access is subject to the creator offer, payment status and applicable law. Closing a FinnBets account is not a substitute for resolving a failed or pending billing cancellation.

Refunds, adjustments and disputes are considered under applicable law, the terms disclosed at checkout and the circumstances of the transaction; refunds are not automatically guaranteed for an unused portion of a billing period. Contact us if purchased access was not delivered or a charge appears incorrect. We may revise prices or fees prospectively with any notice or consent required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe where this program is available; Stripe's payment and connected-account terms also apply.

Optional Venmo support contributions: FinnBets may display a Venmo QR code for voluntary support of FinnBets LLC. Contributions are optional, are not tax-deductible charitable donations, and do not buy ownership, investments, subscriptions, preferred treatment, prizes or other member privileges. Venmo processes those transfers under its terms; no contribution is required to use free FinnBets community features.

8. Deletion and termination

You can request or initiate account deletion through available account controls. For security, the service may verify your identity and confirm cancellation of recurring Stripe subscriptions before completing deletion. Creator accounts with paying subscribers, unresolved legacy billing arrangements or other outstanding payment matters may need support-assisted closure. We may retain limited records where required for taxes, payment disputes, fraud prevention, legal compliance or operational backups, as further described in our Privacy Notice. We can discontinue the service or restrict access consistent with applicable law.

9. Third-party content and services

FinnBets may embed sports scores and schedules from SportBusy and informational market widgets from TradingView, and use third-party hosting, authentication and payment services. Third-party information may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable and is subject to the provider's terms and privacy practices. FinnBets does not endorse, sponsor or claim affiliation with sports leagues, brokers, prediction markets or other third parties unless expressly stated. Displayed prices and scores are not instructions to place a wager or trade.

10. Intellectual property, availability and liability

The FinnBets name, branding, software and platform design belong to FinnBets LLC or its licensors, except for member content and third-party materials. Do not copy or misuse them without authorization. The service is provided as available and may contain errors, interruptions, or security risks. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential damages, including losses arising from members' predictions, trading or gambling decisions. To the extent permitted by law, FinnBets LLC’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid FinnBets for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes, applicable law and contact

We may update these Terms as the product changes, posting a revised effective date and providing additional notice or requesting consent when required. South Carolina law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Subject to nonwaivable rights and jurisdictional requirements, disputes will be brought in the state courts in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, or the federal courts having jurisdiction over Spartanburg County, and the parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue. FinnBetsAI offers optional AI-generated conversation, explanations, code and draft content. It is free during the current release stage, with daily limits and a shared monthly allowance; availability may pause when limits are reached. Outputs can be incorrect, incomplete or out of date. FinnBetsAI has no live web, sports or market data in this release and does not place wagers, execute trades, publish posts or verify member performance. Review outputs independently, test generated code, and do not treat replies as personalized financial, investment, legal, tax or betting advice. Messages you submit are processed by OpenAI as described in the Privacy Policy. Future pricing changes will be announced before any charge; use of this free feature does not create a paid subscription.
