Copyright / DMCA Policy
Effective: October 25, 2026
FinnBets respects intellectual property and may remove or restrict access to content reported as infringing. This policy describes copyright notices and counter-notices; publication alone does not establish DMCA safe-harbor eligibility or registration of a designated agent.
Submit a copyright notice
Send copyright complaints to FinnBets LLC at justinpeterson@finnbets.company with the subject “Copyright notice.” This is our current copyright contact, not a representation that a DMCA designated agent has been registered.
Please include:
- Your physical or electronic signature as the owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list).
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, preferably direct FinnBets links sufficient for us to find it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
Consider fair use and other lawful uses before submitting a notice. Knowingly materially misrepresenting infringement or mistaken removal can result in liability under applicable law. We may request missing information and share the notice with the uploader as needed to address it.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same contact with: your physical/electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief removal was a mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., a judicial district in which FinnBets may be found) and accepting service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
Where the DMCA counter-notice procedure applies, we forward a valid counter-notice to the complainant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless notified that the complainant filed an action seeking a court order. Restoration is subject to applicable law and separate Community Guidelines violations.
Repeat infringement and other rights
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and accommodate applicable standard technical measures. Trademark, privacy, impersonation and other complaints can be sent to the same contact with sufficient detail. Do not use the copyright process to resolve ordinary disagreements.
