Disclaimer & Responsible Gaming Notice

Effective: October 25, 2026

Discussion and entertainment only

FinnBets Social is not a sportsbook, broker, exchange or investment adviser. It does not take bets, hold betting or trading funds, settle wagers or execute trades. Member content and informational widgets are for general discussion and entertainment, not personalized financial, investment, tax, legal or betting advice.

No verification or guarantee

Past performance does not predict or guarantee future results. You can lose money gambling or investing with third parties. Member win claims, screenshots, records, badges, follower counts and creator status are not independently verified proof of skill, profit or winnings. Insights summarizes activity available to FinnBets; it does not verify sportsbook settlements, payouts or brokerage returns. Scores and prices may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. No pick is a guaranteed lock.

Affiliate and sponsored content

Whenever FinnBets receives compensation for an endorsement or referral, we will disclose that material connection clearly near the endorsement or link. An applicable disclosure is: “FinnBets may earn a commission if you purchase or sign up through this link.” Creators must make their own accurate, prominent disclosures near commercial recommendations, including free products or paid sponsorships. This notice alone does not replace a disclosure on the actual promotion, and does not mean every link is an affiliate link.

Responsible participation

You must be 18 or older to use member features. This does not establish your eligibility to gamble elsewhere; third-party age and location rules may be stricter. If you choose to gamble legally elsewhere, set time and spending limits, never borrow to gamble or chase losses, and take a break if it affects your finances, relationships or wellbeing. You can mute/block accounts, stop using FinnBets or request account deletion. FinnBets cannot self-exclude you from outside gambling operators.
